MATERIALS - IN DETAIL
Veg-Tanned Australian Kangaroo Leather —
Acknowledged as one of the world's most hard wearing, lightweight and sustainable leathers that wears beautifully with age. It is traditionally tanned by our local tannery in Botany, Sydney, who have produced fine leathers since 1883. It is hand-selected for its deep grain, smooth texture, and ideal thickness. You won't find another wallet as compact, comfortable or durable.

Edges and Construction Style —
We take great care to bevel and burnish our edges to offer exceptional durability. We use purely Kangaroo Leather in our construction. This is unlike other wallets on the market, which use very thin leathers and require other materials like fabric and cardboard to add bulk and form, creating weak points for failure. We also do not thin (skive) and fold our leather edges, which often tends to wear and fail after some use. We can avoid these techniques (and their associated durability issues) because Kangaroo Leather is strong enough to hold it's own form and edge while staying incredibly thin.
Nylon Bonded Thread —
Our wallets are completely hand stitched with nylon-bonded thread for strength and aesthetic perfection. All thread ends are hand locked-off, preventing unraveling.
PERSONALISATION (N/A)
Add a personal touch by adding a custom laser-etched engraving of a name, initials, personal message, or quote. Perfect as a gift for a special person, to mark an event, or to identify yourself/keys. It is positioned on the front of the key ring, either horizontally on the loop or vertically above the stitching, in the Paterson Salisbury Typeface. To add an engraving, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and input your engraving text in the ‘Additional Notes’ section.
